You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers with expertise and enthusiasm, making a tangible impact on our customer satisfaction and business growth.Responsibilities:Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to inquiries.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.Identify customer needs and effectively upsell or cross-sell products/services, contributing to sales targets.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about company policies and promotions.Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing insights and best practices.Skills & Technologies: We're looking for someone who is not only skilled in Customer Care and Customer Service but also proficient in Chat Support and capable of effective Sales communication. Required Skills:Proven expertise in Customer Care, Customer Service, and Customer Support.Demonstrable experience in Sales, particularly within a customer-facing role.Exceptional Chat Support skills, with a keen ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing.Strong Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities, with a calm and professional demeanor.Excellent Communication Skills and Active Listening to understand customer needs thoroughly.Familiarity with CRM Software and efficient Data Entry practices.A solid grasp of Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire it.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role.Career Level Expectations:This is an Experienced level position, ideal for professionals ready to make a significant impact and lead by example.
