Responsibilities:robust production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste within our food manufacturing lines.Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Maintenance, to achieve operational excellence.Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflows.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.Contribute to the development and training of production staff, fostering a culture of high performance and safety.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Engineering principles, hands-on experience in Production and Manufacturing, particularly within the FMCG and Foods sectors. Required Skills:A solid background in Engineering, with demonstrated success in Production and Manufacturing environments.Proven expertise within the FMCG sector, specifically in Foods production.Strong understanding and application of Process Optimization techniques.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and a commitment to Continuous Improvement.Excellent Problem Solving and analytical abilities.Knowledge of relevant Safety Regulations in food manufacturing.Effective communication and Project Management skills.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a production engineering role, ideally within the food industry.Career Level Expectations:This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibilities and drive impactful change within our manufacturing operations.
