Location: Lugar Nefertiti Showroom – CairoBrand: LUGAR NEFERTITI | Premium FurnitureLugar Nefertiti is a luxury Egyptian furniture brand, crafting statement pieces for distinguished homes and boutique projects. We are expanding our team in Cairo and looking for a Senior Sales to lead the client experience on the showroom floor.About the RoleYou will be the face of Lugar Nefertiti in our showroom, guiding clients through our collections, understanding their lifestyle and design needs, and turning every visit into a long-term relationship. This role is ideal for someone who loves premium furniture, has a refined sales approach, and is confident dealing with high-end clients and large projects.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and offer a highly personalized, consultative sales experiencePresent and explain products, materials, customization options and lead timesPrepare quotations and close sales for both retail customers and project clientsFollow up on leads, site visits and ongoing projects to secure dealsCoordinate with design, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flowProvide after-sales support to maintain exceptional client satisfactionContribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targetsHelp train and support junior sales team members when neededRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in furniture sales or high-end interiors (must)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong client-facing and negotiation skills with a confident, polished attitudeExcellent communication in Arabic and very good English (spoken & written)Good understanding of measurements, floor plans and basic interior design conceptsComfortable working in a showroom environment, including weekends and peak seasonsPositive, proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership and responsibilityWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and attractive sales commissionOpportunity to work with a fast-growing luxury Egyptian brandStylish, inspiring showroom environmentClear career growth path within the sales & projects teamIf you see yourself representing Lugar Nefertiti and building lasting relationships with our clients, we’d love to hear from you.
