Kingdom travel services is hiring: "junior Communication coordinator " for Joining Marketing and communications department at Egypt office.This candidate ensures that the organization's message is consistent, timely, and aligned with its goals.by reviewing how the brand is acting to the outsider and maintain the relations with the partners and assist the company image through the global events or the business trips. Candidate must speak English professionally (Mandatory)Key Responsibilities:Content & Digital Management: ability to create, revie and re-write English and Arabic content for social media and newsletters. With creativity in copywriting and choosing a suitable tone of voice of each platform.Event Coordination: Plan and support virtual and in-person events, global industry events or business trips worldwide.Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines. Review all the external contracts and partnerships agreements which are showing our brand.Internal Communication: Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing needs.External communication: coordinate and communicate with external parties to show the brand image and brand awareness.Vendor relations: coordinate with external agencies, printers and any vendors for marketing material covering, or any suppliers for the arrangements and events of the business inside and outside the company.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Hotel Management, or related field to communications.Experience: 6month: 2years (Max). (Junior and entry level position)Additional preferred skills: Photo Editing or any visual creativity.Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Work conditions:shifts from: 10am :6pm.Saturdays and Fridays off.Location: New Nozha - Joseph Titto.Salary: basic Net 10000 EGP + Quarterly bonus based on performance.Transportations allowance is provided.Who we are?Kingdom Travel Services with its corporate base in London, was founded by a proactive team of passionate experts in luxury concierge services.
