We are looking for two talented individuals to fill these critical full-time positions.Responsibilities:Mastery in Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage all technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and international standards.Precision in Quantity Surveying: Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), and assist in cost estimation for various project components.Project Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or issues.Effective Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between site teams, consultants, and clients, facilitating seamless information exchange and resolving technical queries.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with quality control procedures and project requirements, maintaining high standards of workmanship.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, proposing effective and innovative solutions.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Technical Office procedures and a comprehensive understanding of Engineering principles within the construction/civil/architecture domain. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and BIM tools is highly valued.
