Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, E-commerce, QC, Claims, or Loss PreventionStrong understanding of Hub, Branch, and Last-Mile OperationsAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)Strong communication, investigation, and training skillsGood English level and strong reporting abilities
