Unleash Your Expertise:A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in collection, financial management, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.Field of study: Higher education graduate.The age range eligible to apply is from 32 years old to a maximum of 45 years old.Proven mastery in Accounting, Finance, and Collection practices, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial operations.Exceptional skills in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment.Demonstrated ability to excel in Sales Support and Customer Service, effectively resolving issues and building positive client relationships.Experience working closely with Sales Field teams to achieve common objectives.A natural leader with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and process improvement.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Career Level: This is a Manager level role, requiring a seasoned professional ready to lead and innovate.
