About the role
Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality control policies, procedures, and standards across all manufacturing facilities.Lead, supervise, and manage Quality Control teams, inspectors, technicians, and laboratory personnel to ensure effective performance and compliance.Ensure adherence to approved specifications, quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements throughout all production stages.Review, approve, and monitor inspection and testing plans for raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods.Analyze quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Monitor and evaluate quality performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.Manage internal and external quality audits and ensure readiness for certification and compliance assessments.Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Engineering, and Project teams to achieve quality objectives and operational excellence.Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and ensure effective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, minimizing waste, and enhancing product quality and process efficiency.Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company quality systems, and applicable industry regulations.Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees’ quality knowledge and competencies.Review and approve quality documentation, reports, procedures, and technical specifications.Support new product development and manufacturing processes by establishing appropriate quality control measures and standards.
Holds a bachelor's degreeA grade of at least "Good"Graduates of the Mechanical or Production Engineering departments are preferred.
