We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & operations coordinator. to support daily operations for a fast-growing Canadian moving and logistics company.This role combines operations coordination, customer communication, dispatch support, and sales follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident communicating in English, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting a team operating on Canadian time zones.This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily schedules and dispatch operationsCommunicate with customers regarding bookings, ETAs, and updatesFollow up with leads, estimates, and customer inquiriesUpdate internal systems and job notes accuratelyAssist with sales coordination and client communicationSupport crew scheduling and operational follow-upsMonitor and organize operational tasks and pending actionsHandle administrative and coordination tasks as requiredMaintain professional communication with both customers and team members
