Executive & Administrative SupportManage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials on behalf of the Managing DirectorHandle incoming and outgoing communications, filtering and prioritizing as neededOrganize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentationCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the Managing DirectorFollow up on action items and decisions arising from meetings to ensure timely executionLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally and efficientlySupply Chain SupportAssist in monitoring supply chain activities and provide status updates to the Managing DirectorCoordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams on behalf of the Managing DirectorSupport the preparation of supply chain reports, data analysis, and performance summariesHelp track vendor communications, purchase orders, and delivery schedulesFlag supply chain issues and escalate appropriately to ensure continuity of operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldProven experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or operations support roleFull professional fluency in English (written and spoken) — mandatoryOrganizational skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
