About the role
Mechanical Automotive After-Sales Engineer supports post-sales operations by ensuring customer satisfaction through technical assistance, maintenance support, and service coordination. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, supporting repairs, and collaborating with service teams to maintain product performance and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to customers and service centers for automotive products after deliveryAssist in diagnosing mechanical and technical faults in vehiclesSupport maintenance, repair, and warranty activitiesCoordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient problem resolutionMonitor and analyze recurring technical issues and suggest improvementsPrepare service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance recordsEnsure compliance with company standards and safety regulationsSupport spare parts identification and inventory coordinationCommunicate customer feedback to engineering and product teamsParticipate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and systems
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Basic understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.)Familiarity with diagnostic tools and workshop practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure and in a team environment
