Job Title: Telesales Representative Location: Alexandria, Egypt (On-site) Company: Gahbiz.com Responsibilities * Contact potential clients through outbound calls.* Introduce company services and identify client needs.* Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.* Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.* Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.* Work closely with management to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Requirements * Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).* Strong confidence and professionalism on phone calls.* Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.* Ability to handle objections and close opportunities.* Strong work ethic and target-oriented mindset.* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) * Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service.* Experience working with U.S., Canadian, or international clients.* Experience using CRM systems.* Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or business services.* Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and sales performance.
