About the role
* Receive and review confirmed client orders and event requirements.* Coordinate order execution between Production, Kitchen, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations teams.* Monitor order progress and ensure all departments meet required deadlines.* Verify product availability and communicate any shortages or operational challenges.* Follow up on production schedules to ensure timely preparation and delivery.* Ensure orders are delivered according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and timelines.* Coordinate last-minute changes and communicate updates to all relevant departments.* Maintain accurate order records and production schedules.* Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to handle operational pressure and resolve last-minute issues efficiently.Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.Good knowledge of production workflows, logistics, inventory, and supply chain processes.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Commitment to maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.Experience in catering, food production, hospitality, or FMCG operations is an advantage.
