Position SummaryThe IT Infrastructure & AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for managing all IT infrastructure, cloud services, AI solutions, and end-user support for the Cairo operations.As the sole IT resource, the role will ensure the smooth operation of technology systems, support business users, and drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and automation. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networks, and end-user devices.Provide IT support for hardware, software, cloud, and connectivity issues.Implement and maintain AI-powered business applications and automation solutions.Support Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, ChatGPT Enterprise, and similar technologies.Manage user onboarding/offboarding, IT assets, software licensing, and vendor coordination.Monitor system performance, backups, and service availability.Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.Coordinate technology projects with the Dubai head office.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud administration, and technical support.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and AI-enabled business solutions.Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and Generative AI technologies is mandatory.Arabic and English-speaking Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-200 or equivalent)CCNA (Preferred)Key SkillsMicrosoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, ChatGPT Enterprise, AI Automation, IT Support, Vendor Management.
