About the role
Job Description: ● Coordinate and support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and procedures.● Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.● Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.● Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, facilitating a seamless integration into the organization.● Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.● Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.● Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.● Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all HR activities.● Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.● Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and training requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.● 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR coordinator or similar HR support role.● Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.● Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.● Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.● Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.● Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote arrangement.● Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
