About the role
Prepare architectural design drawings (concept, schematic, and detailed design stages)Assist in design coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplinesEnsure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and client requirementsSupport the preparation of design presentations, reports, and submissionsRevise drawings based on internal reviews, client feedback, and authority commentsParticipate in design meetings and coordination workshopsMaintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent2–5 years of experience in an engineering consultancy or recognized design firmGood understanding of design development and construction documentationAutoCAD ,3Ds Max, SketchUp & Revit Architecture (mandatory)Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) (mandatory)MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (mandatory)Basic knowledge of local building codes and standardsPlease share your CV & Portfolio/Drawings to careers at everest-properties.com
