Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar roleUnderstanding of the retail sales processFamiliarity with consumer behavior principlesKnowledge of inventory stocking proceduresBasic math skillsTrack record of achieving sales quotasExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to work various shiftsHigh school degreeBSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
