About the role
Manage and oversee all Technical Office activities.Review and coordinate Shop Drawings and technical submissions.Lead quantity surveying, estimation, and pricing processes.Prepare and review BOQs and project cost analyses.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.Support project execution through technical guidance and documentation control.
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.✔ 10–12 years of experience in Technical Office functions within construction projects.✔ Strong expertise in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating Shop Drawings with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.✔ Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D for developing precise engineering designs and models.✔ Solid experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), quantity take-off, and project cost control.✔ Proven background in Cost Estimation, Pricing, Tendering, and Bid Preparation.✔ Strong knowledge of BOQs (Bills of Quantities), technical specifications, and contract documentation.✔ Demonstrated experience in Technical Office operations, including document control, quality assurance, and multidisciplinary team coordination.✔ Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
