Responsibilities:Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.Develop and manage project schedules using advanced planning tools, ensuring timely delivery.Conduct quantity surveying and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.Liaise effectively with site teams, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with specifications.Generate comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.Support the project management team in all technical aspects of project execution.Ensure all project documentation adheres to industry standards and company procedures.Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Engineering principles and Technical Office methodologies, alongside proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.Instrumental in ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Unleash Your Potential with These Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.A proven track record of 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in the construction or civil engineering sector.Exceptional proficiency in Engineering principles and advanced Technical Office practices.Demonstrated expertise with AutoCAD for drafting and design review.Solid experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.Strong understanding of Construction Management principles and practices.Excellent capabilities in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation.A keen eye for detail and superior Problem-solving abilities.
