About the role
A Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, manages communications, organizes schedules, and ensures the CEO’s time and operations are optimized.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments to ensure efficient use of time Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and handling inquiries appropriately Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, briefings, and meeting materials to support decision-making Meeting Support: Take notes or minutes during meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times Operational Assistance: Support both professional and personal tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office
