This full-time position is for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people.Responsibilities:Administering core HR functions including employee record management, benefits administration, and HR documentation.Supporting the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.Assisting with employee relations, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Maintaining and updating HR information systems (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinating HR-related projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements.Preparing HR reports and presentations as required by management.Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your strong background in Human Resources (HR) and Administration, utilizing various HR tools and systems to manage data and streamline processes.
