We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to join our team.Field:Interior design & construction companyJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Secretary to manage and support the administrative needs of our senior executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting presentations, and take minutes creating and collecting deifferent reports. Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong English language written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, microsoft project) Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. High attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams. Open to travel Abroad Previous experience in company with the same feild is preferredCompetencies: Professionalism and discretion. Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure.
