About the role
Participating in the implementation of the university’s promotional and marketing campaigns and assisting in organizing university events and occasions.Responding to students’ daily inquiries and providing the necessary support, while directing inquiries to the relevant departments and following up to ensure prompt resolution of issues.Receiving prospective students applying to the university and providing them with guidance regarding admission and application procedures.delivering official student documents such as enrollment certificates, academic status statements, graduation certificates, and other academic documents.Organizing student activities and events within the academic branches to encourage student engagement and enhance their social and cultural skills.Supervising students during external activities such as camps and sports competitions organized in cooperation with external entities, including the Ministry of Youth and Sports.Organizing and managing seminars, workshops, and educational events held within the academic branch to ensure their effective execution.
Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, Business Administration or any related field.Experience as a public relations specialist from 1 to 3 years.Familiarity with public relations principles and the ability to communicate and persuade effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Academic Branches Required ( El Sadat city, Beni Suef, Hurghada, Menoufia, Tanta, Aswan ).
