We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer professional to join our growing Fit-Out team. Location: [Cairo / Site visits-based] Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and clientsGenerate leads and convert them into projectsPrepare and present technical and commercial proposalsCoordinate with estimation, technical office, and execution teamsTrack market trends, competitors, and pricing strategiesAchieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.Proven experience in fit-out or construction sales (3-5 years of experience)Strong network with consultants, contractors, and clients in Egypt.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good understanding of the sales process, tendering procedures, and project lifecycle.Ability to work under pressure, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.Strong relationship-building and account management skills.Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals and closing deals.
