Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficientlyHandle correspondence, calls, and communications in both French and English on behalf of the CEOTranslate documents, emails, and reports between French, English, and Arabic as neededPrepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutesCoordinate and follow up on action items and decisions made by the CEOArrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itinerariesLiaise with French-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEOHandle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalismAssist in organizing company events, board meetings, and executive gatheringsConduct research and compile data to support executive decision-makingManage and maintain organized filing systems for executive documents
B. Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Languages, Management, or any related fieldProfessional Experience:5–10 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in an industrial or multinational environmentFluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatoryExcellent command of English and ArabicProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)C. Competencies and Behaviors:Language Proficiency: Near-native fluency in French, with strong English and Arabic skills Discretion & Confidentiality: High level of professionalism in handling sensitive executive information Organization: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Communication: Clear, professional, and confident communication at all levels and across languages Adaptability.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Proactivity.
