About the role
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.Respond to RFIs and provide technical clarifications to resolve engineering issues.Verify quantities and review variation orders and QS requests.Review, evaluate, and certify contractor payment applications.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and construction conflicts.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Office role.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and as-built drawings.Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
