We're looking for someone who is not only proficient in key office tools but also possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive support to the HR department, including filing HR documents and performing data entry for HR-related information.Assist with external HR-related tasks, such as visiting the social insurance office to submit necessary documents.Offer robust administrative support to the General Manager and other team members across various office facilities.Efficiently handle a range of administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and managing email communications.Ensure all documentation is meticulously organized and easily accessible.Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through effective administrative practices.Skills & Technologies: This role demands proficiency in essential tools and strong organizational capabilities.
