Your proficiency in Risk Assessment, Compliance Management, and understanding of complex Power Systems will be critical. Experience with Industrial Safety, Hazard Identification, and Root Cause Analysis is essential. Experience: We are seeking an individual with 2-9 years of progressive experience in an Electrical Engineering role with a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).Skills & Expertise:Demonstrated expertise in Safety principles and practices.Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, including understanding of Power Systems.Proven experience in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management.Proficiency in conducting thorough Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification.Strong capabilities in Compliance Management with relevant safety standards and regulations.Experience in Industrial Safety methodologies and implementation.Adept at performing Root Cause Analysis for incidents and near misses.Strong Project Management skills, particularly for safety-related initiatives.Excellent ability to produce clear and comprehensive Technical Documentation.Familiarity with OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 standards is a plus.Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.Experience with incident investigation and reporting.Career Level: This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to take on significant responsibility and drive safety excellence in a critical engineering domain.
