Job Description:Support the digitization of employee records by scanning, categorizing, and organizing physical personnel files into a secure electronic archive.Review and audit employee files to ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company policies, while identifying any missing documentation.Assist the Personnel team in preparing official HR letters, maintaining employee records, and handling daily filing activities.Manage and organize physical workforce documentation to ensure proper record-keeping and accessibility.Cross-check employee data between physical files and the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information and documentation. Current university student (2nd or 3rd year) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or any relevant field.Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail (crucial for dealing with legal documents).Trustworthiness and a strict understanding of confidentiality—you will be handling sensitive employee data.Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).High energy, a strong willingness to learn, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
