About the role
We are looking for a talented 3D Interior Designer to join our team at Centro ES in New Cairo.The role involves creating high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic renders for premium residential and commercial interior projects. The designer will work closely with the design and project teams to develop creative concepts, space planning solutions, and presentation-ready visuals aligned with the company’s luxury standards.Responsibilities include:• Creating realistic 3D renders and visualizations• Developing interior design concepts and mood boards• Preparing technical and construction drawings• Supporting space planning and material selection• Coordinating with project and execution teams• Assisting in client presentations and design discussions• Ensuring designs are practical, functional, and aligned with execution requirements• Managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlinesGrowth Opportunities At Centro ES, designers work on premium residential and commercial projects with opportunities to grow in visualization, design development, project coordination, and luxury interior execution.
2–3 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop Strong skills in interior design, space planning, and 3D visualization Ability to create high-quality realistic renders and presentation-ready visuals Good understanding of construction drawings and execution details Experience in material selection, mood boards, and lighting design Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred Portfolio showcasing previous residential or commercial projects is required
