About the role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and identify opportunities to grow accounts. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to project completion.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until order confirmation.Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, design, and logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.Monitor project timelines and keep clients updated throughout the process.Resolve client issues and complaints quickly while ensuring customer satisfaction.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.Maintain accurate client records, quotations, and order status in the CRM system.Track account performance and achieve assigned sales and retention targets.Prepare reports on client activity, sales performance, and account growth.Stay informed about new products, market trends, and competitors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Relations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
