About the role
Manage the assessments schedule and arrange with the Admission and students Data manager. Request, monitor and process registration form . Read and review all marks and comments regarding student levels, behavior and communicate with the assessor prior to the assessment. Communicate with other schools for collecting references and school reports. Keep track of all assessment results. Communicate assessment results with parents via e-mail , telephone and letters. Maintain confidentiality of files of applicants who have been declined based on their assessment. Lead in all Prospective Parents tours. Send standard letters to prospective parents. Responding to incoming telephone calls, emails and visitor’s requests for information regarding needed documents and admission process in a professional and effective way.
