About the role
We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Social Media Video Editor specialized in editing Reels, TikToks, and short-form content for social media platforms.You will work closely with our marketing/content team to turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.The ideal candidate understands modern editing trends, storytelling for short-form content, hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and viral-style editing. Proven experience editing social media Reels/TikToks/ShortsStrong portfolio showcasing short-form contentProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing toolsGood understanding of social media trends and viral content stylesExperience with motion graphics and subtitles/captionsAbility to work under deadlines and deliver quicklyCreative mindset with attention to detailBasic understanding of storytelling and audience retention techniquesPreferredExperience working with brands or agenciesKnowledge of color grading and sound designFamiliarity with AI editing tools and automation workflows
