About the role
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.Follow up with transportation and shipping companies.Prepare and maintain logistics and shipping documentation.Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams.Track deliveries and ensure on-time shipment execution.Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries.Support administrative operations and office coordination.Maintain records, contracts, and company documentation.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance departments.Handle administrative correspondence and filing systems.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Administration.Good knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with ERP systems is preferred.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good command of English (written and spoken).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
