Experience That Excites: You'll bring 1-3 years of proven, dynamic sales experience, ideally within retail, home decor, or a related field.A Passion for People & Products:Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding Sales Target objectives.Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a genuine desire to help and connect with people.Strong background in Sales, including active listening, persuasive communication, and closing deals.Proficiency in Retail Sales and understanding consumer behavior.A flair for Visual Merchandising and creating attractive product displays.Excellent Product Knowledge of home decor and wall art trends.Outstanding Communication Skills, both verbal and written.A talent for Negotiation and problem-solving.Familiarity with CRM Software to manage customer interactions is a plus.Basic understanding of Inventory Management principles.A natural ability for Relationship Building with diverse clientele.Strong Problem Solving capabilities to address customer needs and concerns.Curiosity and initiative in conducting Market Research to stay competitive.Career Level Expectation: This role is ideal for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibilities and drive measurable results within a thriving business.
