Process DesignDesign and document business processes, SOPs, and workflows using Visio/BPMN.Translate business requirements into standardized and scalable process designs.Ensure process governance and documentation standards are maintained.Process ImprovementAnalyze current processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, waste, and root causes.Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement initiatives.Process OptimizationOptimize process performance through data analysis and KPI monitoring.Work with IT and Digital teams to automate and streamline business processes.Measure and sustain improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and cycle time.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.5+ years of experience in Excellence, Business Process , Continuous Improvement.Strong experience in Process Mapping (Visio/BPMN).Proficiency in Excel (Minitab is a plus).
