About the role
Plan, direct and coordinate activities associate with a given project. This can include specification review, budget/ proposal and bid development to include time frame, procedures to accomplish the project, staffing requirements and allotted available resources for each phase of the project. Reviews and understands project scope and customer requirements; communicates requirements to the GMCo teams including Engineering, Procurement, Production Control, Field Teams, Management and other various departments responsible for the success of the project. Networks and build relationships This position is the ambassador and central communication hub between our customers and GMCo.Responsible for ensuring project invoicing is completed in a timely fashion to insure positive cash flow and that invoices are correct to minimize re‐billing or delayed payment.Identify all scope of work changes as they occur and communicate this information to the Superintendent(s), Foreman, and Customer as required.Responsible for negotiating the cost (if any) of the change order with the Client, documenting the change and capturing the appropriate cost and revenue differentials within the Company project cost control program(s).
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.7+ years solid experience working in a construction company engaged in the fabrication and construction of pipeline.Experience in welding and its inspection.Experience in storage tanks.He should have field experience (solid job site experience).Experience at least in AutoCAD.Aware with ISO 9001 Procedures.Aware with site Safety.Sponsorship transfer is a must.Should have knowledge with Prince2 or PMP (Project management). Prefer have knowledge with API 650
