About the role
Receive and process limousine service reservations from various clients through multiple communication channels.Prepare daily operational schedules by assigning reservations and trips to drivers efficiently.Submit daily reservation schedules to the supervisor for review and follow-up.Record and maintain reservation details accurately in the ERP system or other internal booking systems.Coordinate with travel agencies regarding bookings and consolidated reservation requests.Prepare drivers’ overtime sheets and ensure records are accurate.Prepare and update vendor pricing sheets.Assist in preparing monthly client invoices and billing documentation.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration.Fluency in English is a MUST.Excellent user of multi-line phone system and Microsoft Office specially Excel and Outlook.previous experience in limousine transportation industry is preferred.Must be able to work a rotating schedule and must be able to work any shift/ any day (days, nights, weekends, holidays).Excellent active Listener: giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.Good Data entry skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management and coordination skills.Ability to work in a team and individually.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation/booking systems.Odoo experience is preferred.
