About the role
I am Henry, founder of Alba Talent (albatalent.io), a UK-registered Revenue Architecture firm. We build outbound systems for B2B clients across the US and UK: cold calling, cold email, and now LinkedIn. You would be our first dedicated LinkedIn operator, so there is real room to grow into owning the whole channel. This is a long-term, part-time role to start, with a path to full time as campaign volume grows.THE ROLEYou will run LinkedIn outbound at scale. Build targeted lists in Sales Navigator, then execute connection and message sequences through Expandi or HeyReach (we provide the tools and the client accounts; open to Dripify or Octopus CRM if your deep experience is there). You own list-building, sequence copy, campaign monitoring, and reporting. This is not just clicking "send."WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild ICP-targeted lead lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator- Set up and run connection and message sequences in Expandi or HeyReach- Keep client accounts healthy: warm-up schedules, daily action limits, and flagging restrictions or warnings the day they appear- Write and test outbound message copy, or adapt copy we provide- Report weekly: acceptance rate, reply rate, meetings bookedWHAT GETS YOU TO $7-8/HOURA clean 30-day trial: accounts stay healthy with zero avoidable restrictions, campaigns run on schedule, weekly reports arrive on time, and reply quality holds. Hit that and the rate moves.
Hands-on campaigns in Expandi, HeyReach, Dripify, or similar. Not "familiar with." You have set up sequences, worked within limits, dealt with a restricted account, and can talk about it in detail.- Working knowledge of Sales Navigator search and list-building- Strong written English, since you will adapt and write outbound copy- 2-3 hours of overlap with US Eastern morningsHOW TO APPLYStart your application with the word POSEIDON so I know you read the whole post.
