You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining an efficient and supportive work environment for approximately 50-55 employees, including daily laborers. This role offers the unique chance to shape our HR department and make a tangible impact.Responsibilities:Build and Lead: Take charge of building and structuring HR processes from their inception, leveraging your expertise to create a solid foundation.Cultural Acumen: Seamlessly interact with and understand diverse cultures within our multi-sector organization.Daily Operations: Efficiently manage daily HR tasks, including distributing assignments and ensuring all HR administrative duties are handled with precision.Employee Relations: Foster strong connections among employees, promoting a cohesive and positive workplace.Reporting Excellence: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports to track progress and inform decision-making.Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to company regulations and policies, maintaining a fair and compliant environment.People Management: Demonstrate exceptional ability to manage and support various types of individuals, from technical staff to sales teams.HR Development: Proactively identify and implement strategies for human resources development, including utilizing existing HR knowledge and resources effectively.Skills & Technologies: You will be utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Office, various HR Systems, and robust HR Policies.
