About the role
Job Description Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals. Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify discrepancies. Prepare and review contractors’ and subcontractors’ invoices and interim payment certificates. Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. Participate in tendering, pricing, and variation orders. Prepare technical reports and support project planning and control activities.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 8 to 10 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer. Strong experience in shop drawings, quantity surveying, BOQs, and cost control. Very good knowledge of contracts, specifications, and construction methods. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
