Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare field)Strong communication and interviewing skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood knowledge of recruitment tools and platformsExcellent command of English (spoken and written)
