About the role
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, and third parties to achieve successful transactions.Develop and maintain a strong client network through proactive outreach and relationship management.Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property showings, and transaction documentation.Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and mortgage options.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.2 days off
Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and online listing platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.Valid driver’s license and ownership of a reliable car for property visits and client meetings.
