Accountant

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of all financial data.Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and analysis.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.Monitor and manage cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations.Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and transactions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Experience working in a multicultural or diverse team environment is an advantage.Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
