About the role
Coordinate and integrate BIM models from various disciplines. Perform clash detection and issue tracking using Navisworks or similar tools. Assist in enforcing the BIM Execution Plan and project standards. Review models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with LOD requirements. Support the preparation and submission of BIM deliverables. Maintain model version control and documentation. Provide technical support and training to project team members. Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve coordination issues.E1
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. 5+years of experience in BIM coordination on multidisciplinary projects. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and model checking tools. Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination workflows. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with CDE platforms and data exchange formats (IFC, COBie).
