Oversee and manage all warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.Monitor all receipt, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure inventory accuracy.Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures, including inventory control, stocktaking, and distribution, in compliance with quality and safety standards.Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely availability of materials and uninterrupted workflow.Analyze inventory data and prepare accurate reports for senior management.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management.Preferably with experience in the food industry or related sectors.Proficiency in warehouse management systems and modern inventory tools.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
