We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in the chemical additives industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
This role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic planning skills, and the ability to optimize processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with international trade standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to support decision-making.Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to forecast demand and balance inventory.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 7–10 years of supply chain experience in the chemical additives industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven expertise in export and import operations, logistics, and inventory management.Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.Excellent knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and supply chain best practices.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.Fluent in English
