We currently operate in the UAE and are preparing for expansion into Saudi Arabia.We are looking for a hands-on Shopify CRO & Growth Specialist who can help improve our online store performance, optimize the customer journey, and increase conversion rates through practical, data-driven improvements.Job ResponsibilitiesAudit and analyze the Shopify store to identify conversion opportunities.Optimize website structure, user experience, and customer journey.Improve homepage, collection pages, and product pages.Implement conversion-focused improvements directly within Shopify.Add and optimize trust signals, calls-to-action, and lead capture elements.Support localization and adaptation of the website for the Saudi market.Monitor website performance and recommend ongoing improvements.Collaborate with the team to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives. RequirementsProven experience working with Shopify stores.Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices.Ability to identify customer friction points and improve conversion performance.Experience implementing website improvements directly within Shopify.Analytical mindset with a focus on business results.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
