Senior Mechanical Technical Office

The Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating all technical office activities related to mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. The role ensures accurate design reviews, quantity surveying, material submittals, shop drawings, and coordination with project stakeholders to support successful project execution. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.Experience in Construction Companies 5–7 years of experience in Mechanical Technical Office works.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.Experience with quantity surveying and shop drawing preparation.Familiarity with international codes and standards Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
