Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our production lines, implementing advanced engineering solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
You will play a pivotal role in driving productivity and innovation within our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities: Lead and execute manufacturing process improvements, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support new product introductions and existing product enhancements.
Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
Apply principles of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Mechanical Engineering, alongside proficiency in Production methodologies, Process Optimization, Quality Control, and CAD Software.
Experience with Project Management and Automation will be key to your success.
